Sim racing, while safer than real motorsport, involves the use of high-torque direct drive steering wheels and motion systems which can cause injury if used improperly.

Key Waiver Points Preview

When you visit VEKTR, you will be asked to acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Assumption of Risk: You understand that the equipment involves moving parts and force feedback that can cause strain or injury.
• Physical Condition: You certify that you do not have any medical conditions (such as heart conditions, epilepsy, or back/neck injuries) that would make sim racing unsafe for you.
• Equipment Use: You agree to follow all staff instructions regarding the safe operation of the simulators. You are financially responsible for damage caused by negligence or misuse.
• Motion Sickness: You acknowledge that immersive simulation can cause motion sickness in some individuals.
