1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the VEKTR Sim Racing website and facilities, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this websites particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

VEKTR Sim Racing provides high-end simulation racing experiences, lounge access, and related events. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.

3. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

4. Code of Conduct

Users of our facility are expected to treat equipment, staff, and other patrons with respect. Any behavior deemed unsafe, abusive, or destructive will result in immediate expulsion from the facility without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that VEKTR Sim Racing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
