1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the VEKTR Sim Racing website and facilities, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this websites particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

VEKTR Sim Racing provides high-end simulation racing experiences, lounge access, and related events. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.

3. Grid Availability & Maintenance

VEKTR Management reserves the right to "Black Out" or take any simulator offline for maintenance, calibration, or hardware repair without prior notice.

If a confirmed booking is affected by a hardware blackout, VEKTR will provide a full credit or reschedule the session. Membership fees will not be prorated for individual rig downtime, provided at least one rig remains available for use during operating hours.

4. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Memberships are recurring and will be billed monthly until cancelled via the Driver Dashboard.

5. Code of Conduct

Users of our facility are expected to treat equipment, staff, and other patrons with respect. Any behavior deemed unsafe, abusive, or destructive will result in immediate expulsion from the facility and termination of membership without refund.
